Stir-Fried Broccoli with Sesame Seeds
(Serves 4)

Ingredients:
2 cups broccoli, chopped
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp light sesame oil
1 green bell pepper, sliced

Instructions:
Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium to high heat. Add the broccoli pieces and sesame seeds and sauté for a few minutes. Add green pepper slices and sauté for a further few minutes until all vegetables are tender, but still crunchy.

Enjoy this healthy green vegetable stir-fry with a bowl of rice and a drizzle of soy sauce.
