The saliva testing is straight-forward and simple and can easily be done from home. Saliva is collected about an hour after getting out of bed. Follow the instructions included in the kit. Once the saliva is collected in the collection tube, it is being placed in the resealable plastic bag provided and frozen for three hours. The sealed bag together with the completed hormone assessment request form is then sent to the address on the included label. The results of your personal assessments will be sent back to you within 5 days of receipt of your sample.
